Tasks

-Monitor power market rule and regulation changes, assessing their impact on operational assets; -Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and interpretation of daily reports and model outputs to support the optimization of storage assets; -Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as required or assigned. -Ensure timely execution and delivery of contracted obligations in close coordination with the asset management team; -Support the Asset Optimization Team with market intelligence, strategy analysis and asset bidding as needed; -Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and support the growth of the Aypa development pipeline; -Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned asset contracts, including counterparty relationships and power market settlement processes;

What You Bring

-Knowledge of statistics; -Strong MS Excel skills; Python, SQL or other data analysis skills preferred; -B.S. in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required; -Solid ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment; -Ability to oversee, and personally execute numerous projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; -1+ Years Experience working with at least one US power market (CAISO and/or ERCOT market experience preferred); -Detail-oriented, and questioning attitude; -Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, including a creative and proactive work ethic; -Basic analytical skills required to interpret complex contract structures;
