Tasks

-Coordinate and supervise daily Building Information Modeling modeling activities for India-based project members. -Support two-dimensional and three-dimensional documentation workflows using Computer-Aided Design when required by project deliverables. -Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members on Building Information Modeling and Computer-Aided Design practices. -Flag and escalate technical or resource conflicts to the Building Information Modeling Manager. -Support delivery peaks by contributing to modeling tasks directly when required. -Generate reports on Building Information Modeling progress, risks, compliance and propose mitigating actions. -Support interdisciplinary workflows in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, Masterplanning, and Industrial disciplines. -Communicate effectively with project stakeholders in Spain and other regions. -Maintain alignment with International Organization for Standardization 19650 and Worley digital delivery requirements. -Ensure Building Information Modeling processes, modeling standards, naming conventions, and data structures are followed. -Review models for quality, consistency, constructability, and data integrity. -Assist with drawings, exportation procedures, file optimization, and model health checks. -Support the development and maintenance of Building Information Modeling Execution Plans and other project Building Information Modeling documentation. -Assist with spatial clash detection, federated model reviews, and issue tracking.

What You Bring

-Experience with clash detection tools such as Autodesk Navisworks. -Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary Building Information Modeling projects remotely and internationally. -Recognized degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering. -Advanced skills in Autodesk AutoCAD and other Computer-Aided Design platforms with deep understanding of documentation workflows. -Knowledge of model health checks, view templates, worksets, and performance optimization. -Desirable: Experience with Dynamo, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk InfraWorks, Microsoft Power BI, Rhino/Grasshopper, visualization software, and scripting. -Strong time-management and organizational skills, proactive and reliable. -Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling methodology, coordination principles, and interdisciplinary interfaces. -High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). -Understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Building Information Modeling 360 environments. -Formal training or certification on Building Information Modeling methodology. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate across cultures and time zones. -Minimum 5 years in the Building Information Modeling construction industry and at least 2 years in coordination roles. -Familiarity with Building Information Modeling Execution Plan development, Level of Development requirements, and federated model workflows.
