Weld submarine components on weekend shift, inspect parts, follow drawings.

Tasks

-Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy fuel and hand plasma) -Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, and safety programs. -Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements. -Weld various parts in different materials

What You Bring

-Experience welding thick to thin structural members -Experience in welding of Carbon, Stainless, or High Alloy Steels -HS diploma or equivalent -Experience in FCAW and GMAW Spray Transfer. -Strong overall mechanical aptitude. -Understand and interpret blue prints and technical drawings.

Benefits

-Weekend shift is Friday through Monday. 6am to 6pm. Work 36 hours paid for 40 hours.
