This role will take ownership of Cornerstone’s Digital Twin platform, BIM Library, and related guidance and processes, ensuring our infrastructure assets are accurately captured, modelled, and maintained. Supporting smarter decision-making and continuous improvement by delivering high-quality digital data and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
The role works collaboratively across teams—such as Design, Engineering, Operations and Business intelligence—and with external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives around digital transformation and asset intelligence. They provide expert input on asset modelling and data quality, helping ensure our digital infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and ready for future growth.
A key part of the role involves leading the creation, ownership, and ongoing updates of processes and guidance related to digital twin standards and digital capture This includes setting expectations for quality, supporting design partners and drone pilots, and maintaining a feedback loop to ensure data accuracy and consistency across our asset portfolio.
The Digital Twin Governance Specialist is responsible for delivering a reliable and continuously improving digital representation of Cornerstone’s infrastructure assets. They own the quality of digital asset data, the upkeep of the BIM Library, and the creation and maintenance of guidance and processes that support digital capture and twin standards.

To succeed in this role, the Digital Twin Governance Specialist should have solid experience with digital twin platforms, BIM standards, and asset data management—ideally within telecoms. Familiarity with digital twin platforms and managing BIM libraries for both active and passive assets is a strong advantage.
Collaboration is essential, as the specialist works closely with internal teams and external partners, including drone pilots and design suppliers.
The role requires confidence in making decisions independently, especially around quality, system configuration, and governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key, along with the ability to write, own, and update clear guidance and processes that support consistent digital capture and modelling.

An accurate and regularly updated BIM Library covering active and passive assets.
Strong understanding of infrastructure asset modelling, particularly in telecoms or utilities.
Proven experience managing digital twin platforms and BIM libraries.
