Tasks

-Comply with health and safety responsibilities, i.e. PPE / safe site setups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users -Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished -Travelling to residential sites in a van you are responsible for, around the region, powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration -Provide support to your colleagues -Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before and after use -Run diagnostics and repairs on drains -Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception -Report any defects or malfunctions -Dynamically risk assess site access and working conditions depending on specific circumstances on arrival -Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided -Maintaining good health and safety practise while carrying out works -Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them -Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems -Liaising with the client regarding process and any updates -Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms -Delivering good customer service
