Tasks

-Providing quality assurance of others work by undertaking check/review functions. -Working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure the efficient delivery of projects within the programme -You will work closely and collaboratively with the construction team and supply chain to develop efficient, practical and safe solutions throughout the design stages, into construction and post project review. -Delivering Hydraulic Engineering on a range of projects from feasibility through outline and detailed design stages -Mentoring more junior colleagues. Providing technical guidance and advice on best practice in hydraulic design to others -Producing and reviewing hydraulic calculations, HADES models, specifications, drawings and reports -Engaging with the Client, managing relationships and adopting a One-Team approach to support them in achieving their aims

What You Bring

-Proven track-record in providing outline design, detailed design and construction support services relevant to the water/wastewater sector -Competent in using HADES modelling software and other relevant packages -Able to explain hydraulic issues and techniques to non-hydraulic professionals -Wealth of technical experience of water and wastewater hydraulic calculations/modelling for infrastructure and/or non-infrastructure projects, preferably in a design-and-build environment
