Tasks

-Customer & Continuous Improvement – Support customer issue resolution, participate in factory acceptance tests, and assist in process improvements for operational excellence. -Safety & Quality Management – Assess risks, ensure safety compliance, and maintain conformance with all quality and production standards. -Team Leadership & Resource Planning – Act as the first contact for production teams, manage resources, schedules, and training to ensure smooth operations. -Technical & Process Support – Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and service teams for validation, technical updates, and quality-related activities.

What You Bring

-Skilled in calibration, test equipment handling, and analysis of parameters like wire continuity, HiPot, CT ratios, and power quality. -Proficient in laboratory testing — designing setups, conducting environmental/mechanical/electrical tests, recording data, and preparing detailed reports. -Practical experience in electrical/mechanical testing, troubleshooting, and electronic assembly. -BE /B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. -Experienced in development testing, including design of special test setups, documentation of procedures, and identification of abnormalities during testing. -Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, and familiarity with IEEE, UL, IEC/EN 62040-3 standards, and SAP systems. -Demonstrated supervisory experience with effective leadership and team coordination skills.
