The Role
Overview
Support purchasing manager by managing stock, orders, invoices and supplier communication.

Tasks
-Maintain clear and up-to-date records for all purchasing activities, supporting audit processes and department objectives. -Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal supply of materials for production needs. -Accurately match invoices, resolve reconciliation queries, and maintain records of urgent remake materials. -Place timely supplier orders and process good receipting for incoming deliveries. -Identify and resolve late deliveries, reporting issues to suppliers and communicating effectively with internal teams.

What You Bring
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to liaise with suppliers, colleagues, and management. -Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with digital stock management systems. -Prior experience in a purchasing administrative role is highly desirable; administration experience is essential. -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a willingness and “can do” attitude to tackle new challenges. -Experience maintaining stock or inventory records is desirable. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
