Tasks

-Stay abreast of advancements in technology and industry trends to keep the PMIS up to date -Perform regular data analysis and report generation to inform progress tracking and performance measurement -Build and maintain relationships with external PMIS vendors and ensure service agreements are fulfilled -Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the PMIS based on feedback and changing project needs -Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to promote user engagement with PMIS tools -Coordinate with project teams to define requirements, configure the system, and ensure that it is well integrated with existing processes -Lead the implementation and management of PMIS across multiple projects to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives -Collaborate with IT departments for system integration and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies -Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and security according to company policies and industry regulations

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of PMIS tools and software, particularly Oracle (Unifier, P6), Microsoft Project, and similar platforms -Oracle-related certifications (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Oracle P6) -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field -Familiarity with data security standards and practices -Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement -Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines -At least 15 years of relevant experience in project management information systems, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position -Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are highly desirable -Demonstrated experience in project data analysis and reporting -Experience with Agile project management methodologies -Understanding of system integration and ETL processes
