  • Comment Resolution sheet – Prepare CRS for the commented technical documents and submit to Florian.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for executing the deliverables on time. Driving new initiatives in expediting the submission process and time lines.
  • Creation of Technical Documents for Client submission (Europe Based)
  • Consolidation of final documentation (India Based)
  • Collect Pump test reports & Bill of material from MRA Server / MRA Internal Software based on JDE data and send to MRA using Zendesk. All job request with MRA will be through Zendesk.
  • Preparation of final project documents. Preparation & consolidating documents like pump data sheet, test reports & bill of material from Milton Roy Internal Software based on JDE data
  • Create Manufacturer Data book with the Engineering Documents (Pump, Motor, and Instrumentation) & Quality Documents which to be collected from Internal Engineering team/Quality team. The softcopy of MDB shall be send to customer for approval. After approval, the hard copy to be printed as per PO with the help of Production team (Praveen) and to be send to customer site location.
  • Pump Datasheet & Theoretical curve – Create Datasheet using SICA file based on the information in JDE/ MRE Project folder / CPQ offer (if available) / Worksheet. To be submitted to Florian after completion.
  • Consolidation of final documentation for Client (Europe Based)
  • Consolidation of final documentation (US Based)
  • General arrangement drawing - Updating written information (except drawing) using PDF editor tool and drafting tools like CAD worx & SW
  • If applicable, few documents are to be send to customer with specific cover page. If applicable, create Manufacturers data book and send to customer after shipment.
  • Pump Nameplate Drawing – Create nameplate drawing using MRE pump nameplate tool based on JDE data. To be submitted to Florian after completion.
  • Noise Datasheet – Create Customer format Noise datasheet using the Standard Milton Roy Noise datasheet and submit to Florian.

  • Proactive communication with internal and external clients.
  • Hands on experience on using Zendesk application.
  • Technical documents (both Pump & motor) to be collected from MRE server/ MRE Intranet / MRE Internal Software / Motor supplier (If applicable) by using JDE information. The collected documents to be send to customer.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Shall quickly learn and work autonomous.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling technical (Engineering & Quality related) documentation preferably in pumps manufacturing or similar industrial products
  • Shall have sufficient knowledge on factors influencing performance of dosing pumps/positive displacement pumps.
  • Must be good in speaking English.
  • ISO Audit – Documents required for ISO Audit to be prepared/updated for Documentation department.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required
  • Shall be proficient in working on MS Office.
