The Role
Overview
Plan and coordinate building maintenance, work orders and resources for two healthcare facilities.

Tasks
-Organize work orders and assign them to individual technicians or work teams. -Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources. -Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team. -Review predictive maintenance data for trends. Provide regular reporting to the management team and client. -Impact the quality of own work. -Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.

What You Bring
-Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
