  • Plan and manage GEO-targeted campaigns to strengthen local market presence and relevance.
  • Track and report on SEO, GEO, and SEA performance metrics and ROI.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure digital marketing activities reinforce brand positioning and messaging.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and lead data-driven optimizations.
  • Present actionable insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for ROI and conversion.
  • Lead and mentor the internal digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in search marketing.
  • Oversee implementation of on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, keyword research, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Define clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for all digital campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, GEO, and SEA strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage relationships with SEO/SEA agencies and vendors in India and abroad to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO and SEA as well as managing people.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Proven experience managing cross-border teams and external agencies.
