-Secure new tenant representation assignments and identify cross-business opportunities. -Contribute to financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth. -Stay ahead of market trends through continuous learning and industry engagement. -Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of referrals and shared success. -Build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence across the property cycle. -Lead client meetings, prepare reports, and act as a key liaison for strategy implementation. -Advise industrial occupiers on property strategies that optimise operations. -Drive business development through market engagement, forums, and targeted outreach.
