Tasks

-Lead the pre-contract communication and negotiation for O&M (Operation & Maintenance) agreements, and manage both internal teams and subcontractors during project execution. -Assist in optimizing O&M processes to improve overall project performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction. -Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively to resolve on-site technical or system issues promptly. -Review, prepare, and maintain O&M-related documentation, including O&M proposals, reports, and contracts; ensure proper contract execution and document filing.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with inverter, EMS (Energy Management System), and BMS (Battery Management System) operations. -Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Power Systems, Automation, or a related field. -Strong document review and writing skills, capable of independently preparing O&M documentation and managing contracts. -Technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, analyze faults, and provide guidance for on-site troubleshooting. -Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong sense of responsibility; willingness to travel as required. -Hands-on experience with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. -Proven experience in O&M management of energy storage systems or renewable energy projects; solid understanding of large-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) operation and management processes. -Participate in the implementation and technical support of large-scale energy storage projects; be familiar with O&M procedures and system operations.
