Tasks

-Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders -Maintain HSE documentation and records -Manage incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented -Lead HSE performance reviews and reporting to senior leadership -Monitor HSE performance using KPIs and audits -Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, standards, and codes of practice -Promote sustainability initiatives and environmental best practices -Support carbon reduction and waste minimisation efforts -Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place -Support line managers in fulfilling their HSE responsibilities -Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility -Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with business objectives -Deliver HSE training and awareness programs -Act as the Lead auditor for HSE processes -Engage with employees and contractors to promote safe working practices -Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations
