-Implement cost-saving measures related to packing, logistics, and material management. -Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and minimize discrepancies. -Analyze the current supply chain process and identify areas of improvement. -Identify and reduce non-moving or slow-moving inventory. -Optimize warehouse space and improve material handling efficiency. -Coordinate with logistics partners and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. -Train team members on supply chain best practices and safety norms. -Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory data with ERP reports. -Coordinate with the production and purchase teams to prevent material shortages or overstocking. -Maintain proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with company and statutory norms. -Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other inventory management practices. -Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with production and sales requirements. -Ensure standardized, safe, and cost-effective packing processes to prevent product damage. -Plan procurement schedules to ensure continuous availability of raw materials and packing materials. -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance reports. -Maintain accurate records for procurement, inventory movement, packing, and dispatch. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. -Provide regular updates to management on supply chain efficiency and challenges. -Manage transportation planning for timely and accurate delivery to customers.
