-Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters with clients, ensuring a professional and educated approach. -Stay updated on industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices. -Provide guidance and support to project teams on safety-related issues. -Conduct on-site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols. -Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions for employees and contractors. -Collaborate with project teams to identify potential safety hazards and develop mitigation strategies. -Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors. -Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. -Maintain accurate safety records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. -Collaborate with clients to address safety concerns and maintain strong professional relationships. -Prepare detailed reports on safety performance and incident investigations. -Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at project sites. -Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. -Travel to various project sites across the Central/Western New York region.
