Overview

Perform maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems on 2nd shift.

Tasks

-Dismantle and reassemble equipment for repairs, utilizing hoists, cranes, and various tools. -Troubleshoot and diagnose complex machine malfunctions across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. -Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and adhering to SAFETY-LOTO procedures at all times. -Repair or replace defective parts, ensuring functionality and adherence to manufacturer specifications. -Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively to diagnose and repair equipment. -Operate machinery and devices to test functionality after repairs.
