Description

• Effectively lead a team of installers to achieve revenue targets for the branch with quality and customer experience as a priority
• Support a team of lead installers and installers to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing sustainment training as needed.
• Collaborate with other installers on the same job site, and to support them or provide guidance as needed.
• Train and develop new installers or lead installers as needed.

Requirements

• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and measuring employee performance
• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
