Document Controller (Finnish Speaker)

Manage project documents, DMS, and coordinate with teams in Abu Dhabi

Tasks

-You act as the first point of contact for multiple project teams, the customer and subcontractor with questions about the document management system (DMS) and the project documentation. -You actively identify problems and bottlenecks with regard to both the documents and the functioning of the DMS. -As an integral part of the project team, you proactively report to the project team and the client about the status of incoming and outgoing documents. -You are responsible for registering and processing project documentation and distribution to the customer and external parties. -Within the project team, you bear ownership of the DMS and instruct the parties involved in its use.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Finnish is a must. -At least a secondary vocational education. -Knowledge of Document Management Systems and MS Office applications (Excel, SharePoint). -Where you will work: You will be based in our Abu Dhabi office, working for our worldwide projects. -Work experience in roles such as document control or IT.
