Tasks

-Driving business improvement initiatives through visual management reporting and performance tracking. -Supporting tender submissions by compiling bid documentation, schedules, and related materials. -Managing SAP and other systems to generate reports, maintain financial data, and support project tracking. -Ensuring compliance by preparing and closing work orders in systems such as Upvise and SAP. -Assisting project delivery through creation of project files, handover documentation, and compliance records. -Recording and maintaining key business data including asset registers, tool lists, and employee details. -Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service. -Processing purchase orders, invoicing, and goods receipting to ensure smooth business operations. -Providing cross-functional support to team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
