Trash Collector - Evening Shift, Full Time

Overview

Collect and remove trash/recyclables, maintain cleanliness, operate waste equipment.

Tasks

-Operate trash compactors, balers, or other waste disposal equipment safely -Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or spills to a supervisor immediately -Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as loading docks, break rooms, and restrooms, -Empty bins, containers, and compactor to schedule as needed -Collect and remove trash and recyclable from designated areas -Assist with other light janitorial or warehouse duties as assigned -Follow all warehouse safety and sanitation guidelines

What You Bring

-Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify -Previous warehouse, janitorial, or sanitation experience a plus -Basic understanding of safety practices and PPE requirements -Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods -High school diploma or equivalent
