Overview

Operate Gyprock workstations, ensure quality, safety, and raw material flow on rotating shifts.

Tasks

-Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past -Ensure adequate raw material levels to run the schedule including the preparation of PBL reels -Production and quality data to be recorded and entered directly into CSR's online systems. -Process manipulation as required to achieve product specifications eg formulation adjustment, dressing of scoring wheels.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of production operations -Attention to detail. -Forklift driving required for this role. -Forklift license -Strong Safety awareness -Willingness to work a rotating roster. -Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high volume, multiple stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment is desirable. -Adherence with approved formulation and process settings -Quality Assurance testing consistent with National testing matrix requirements
