The Role
Overview
Supports BD team with expenses, travel, meetings, budgeting, and organization.

Tasks
-Organize internal BD meetings (room setup, meals, schedules). -Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for conferences and events. -Assist with budget tracking and basic financial recordkeeping. -Prepare, review, and submit expense reports for the entire BD team. -Build agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and distribute timely follow-ups. -Maintain organized digital files and support smooth team operations across tools and systems.

What You Bring
-High school diploma (or equivalent). -Prior administrative experience (expense reporting or financial tracking experience is a plus; 3+ years preferred). -Strong organization and time management; rigorous attention to detail. -Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to Emburse Enterprise, Spectrum, and Power BI is a plus. -Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with a professional, team-oriented mindset. -Clear written and verbal communication.
