Analyze portfolio data to anticipate trends, risks, and opportunities; deploy strategic initiatives to address challenges and capitalize on growth.
Set and execute the division’s strategic vision, aligning annual plans and priorities with company-wide objectives.
Architect and champion financial, marketing, and resident experience strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and portfolio value.
Designs and executes innovative sales, marketing, and resident retention strategies informed by market intelligence and data analytics to elevate occupancy, revenue, and brand reputation

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, property management, or a related field required
Navigates complex interpersonal dynamics and resolves conflicts constructively, fostering trust and collaboration at all levels.
7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management, with previous experience managing large multifamily portfolios and leading regional manager teams.
CPM, CAM, etc. certifications preferred
Demonstrates mastery in financial management, including complex budgeting and forecasting, and applies advanced performance analysis to guide strategic decisions and drive profitability
