Tasks

-Meet with homeowners at in-home appointments to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for water and mold damage restoration services. -Communicate job status updates with customers, company management, and insurance carriers to ensure smooth project execution. -Manage remediation crews to ensure job compliance, progress, and customer satisfaction. -Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs to ensure timely communication. -Process all documentation in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Provide homeowners with the best solutions for their restoration needs, offering excellent customer service as a Project Manager.

What You Bring

-Close deals in a single visit using high-level sales techniques and customer relationship-building skills. -Proficient in technology and comfortable using software tools for job management and reporting. -Blue-collar experience is a plus, particularly in fields like construction, remediation, or restoration. -Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. -Basic math skills to calculate estimates and pricing. -3+ years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. -Ability to work overtime as needed, including some holidays. -Company vehicle, gas card & iPad (for field roles) -Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction. -Computer skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with customers. -Experience in remote sales or outside sales is a plus.
