What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards -Strong leadership and team management abilities -Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery -Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; or Construction Management -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in construction management software and BIM technologies -Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred -LEED accreditation is a plus -7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on civil, electrical, and mechanical systems
