Tasks

-Delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports -Data & Reporting Management: Generate and present accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and clients. Uphold financial trackers, performance dashboards, and ensure that chatbot knowledge bases are continuously updated -Maintaining well-organized documentation and operational excellence -Contributing to strategic decisions through actionable data -Systems & Platform Administration: Act as the primary authority on all departmental tools and systems, encompassing Zoho CRM, Consumer Services Portal, Maqsam, Ultramsg, Coolify, Hetzner VPS, OpenAI, and backend integrations. Ensure optimal operations, oversee system updates, and foster high internal user satisfaction -Operational Coordination & Documentation: Spearhead project mobilizations, manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and master documentation, organize contracts, and guarantee the efficient completion of recurring operational tasks

-Proficiency in data reporting & analytics tools (Excel, Zoho Analytics, internal dashboards) -Achieving 100% uptime and functionality of systems -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and operational skills -Tech-savvy with experience in AI integrations, VPS management, and internal platforms -Ability to collaborate across teams and streamline processes -Experience in CRM management (preferably Zoho CRM)
