  • Obtains, maintains, and manages data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entities
  • May assist in coordinating and monitoring activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities, and scheduling for the team.
  • Assists the Project Manager in developing project specific procedures, documentation and related A/E systems for the project
  • Assists in the management of project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project closeout

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager supporting design and construction.
  • Knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirements
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project-related systems such as Prolog and Primavera are required
  • Advanced knowledge and application of master planning, A/E solicitation, project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, contracts and delivery methods is required.
  • Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent

Benefits

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $115,000.00-$125,000.00.
