Overview
Manage and track maintenance parts inventory for an investment casting facility.

Tasks
-Coordinating with vendors to order parts will receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality tracking back orders and expedite deliveries when necessary. -Following safety protocols for handling and storing parts and chemicals. -Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. -Assisting maintenance technicians by locating and issuing required parts ensuring critical spare parts are stocked to minimize equipment downtime. Will collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify part needs. -Will maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, tools, and supplies conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies while organizing and labeling storage areas. -Maintaining detailed records of part usage, purchases, and equipment history updating computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with part transactions.

What You Bring
-Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. -This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law. -Familiarity with investment casting equipment and processes is a plus. -Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to lift to 50 pounds working in a warehouse or shop environment. -Evidence of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, technical or vocational training preferred. -2 or more years of experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting and proficiency in inventory software and CMMS systems.
