Tasks

-Attend industry events, conferences, and local community gatherings to meet potential clients, collaborators, and influencers -Grow the company's market presence in the architectural sector through identifying opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and leveraging industry knowledge to gain a competitive advantage -Interact, communicate, and collaborate effectively with design team members, clients and other agencies -Develop, review, and approve design reports, cost estimates, specifications, and construction documents -Responsible for business development strategy, research new market opportunities, generate letter of interests and proposals -Coordinate and manage projects across architecture and other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents -Facilitate integration of sustainable design strategies into design solutions -Independently contribute design, production, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture -Experience preparing Requests for Proposals, Letters of Interests, and Statements of Qualifications -10+ years of relevant experience -Registered Architect in Wisconsin, NCARB preferred but not required -Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail -Multidisciplinary experience in any or all of the following markets: Commercial, Municipal, K-12, Higher Education, Transit/transportation facilities, and Industrial -5+ years of project management experience -Proven success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships -Excellent troubleshooting skills and an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously -Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketch-Up, and other modeling and rendering software -Excellent communication, time management skills -Construction Administration experience including knowledge of construction contracts, construction types, and building systems -Project Management training is preferred -Highly motivated, qualified and client service-oriented Project Architect/Project Manager with public and private sector experience in markets including Commercial, Municipal, K-12, Higher Education, Transit/transportation facilities, and Industrial -Experience with public project delivery process -Strong knowledge of local and national building codes, standards, and regulations
