Tasks

-Handle company registrations, license renewals, and ensure compliance with all governmental and regulatory requirements. -Liaise with government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, MOL, and others as needed. -Support in HR operations, including maintaining employee records, onboarding processes, and compliance with KSA Labor Law. -Maintain updated records for Iqama, visa, and labor contract renewals. -Oversee general administrative duties, documentation, and office coordination. -Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice tracking, petty cash management, and coordination with finance teams. -Manage and monitor recruitment portals, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support across administration, HR, and accounting functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with KSA regulations. -Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CV screening. -In-depth understanding of KSA Labor Law and local administrative processes. -Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software. -Proven experience in handling company registration, renewals, and legal compliance in KSA. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. -Minimum 6 years of experience in administrative roles, with exposure to HR and accounting functions.
