Accounts Payable Trainee (On Contract)

Process invoices, payments, vendor relations, reporting and reconciliation.

Tasks

-Engagement with management of projects related to the unit -Contact vendors and confirm receipt of invoice/shipment. -Vendor account reconciliation Passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team Reporting on weekly basis Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance. -Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets Payment processing Payment forecast analysis. -Analyze data & come with his/her findings on automation opportunity -Review of provisions Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures Reporting activities - Generate and update the AP reports.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems -Typically requires 06 months to 1 year of related experience in accounts payable operations, invoice processing. -Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects. -Good analytical skills and should be a team player. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience and training. -Enthusiastic customer focus -Ready to work in US time zone. -Consistent interactive teamwork -Good written/oral communication skills in English
