-Uphold Stantec standards for quality, safety, and project delivery -Identify business development opportunities across disciplines -Develop winning strategies for RFPs -Facilitate team and client meetings -Prepare deliverables across all project phases -Develop and maintain client relationships -Communicate project updates to leadership -Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams -Deliver engaging presentations, both written and verbal -Collaborate on commercial and industrial pursuits -Lead design for commercial, industrial, and data center projects -Engage in client contact, proposal preparation, and interviews

What You Bring

-Minimum 15 years of experience in data centre and industrial building projects -Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams with minimal supervision -Advance in-house architectural expertise and methodologies -Solid understanding of zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code -Expertise in design, technical detailing, and construction documentation -Degree in Architecture; Registered Architect (OAA preferred) -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong business development track record in data centre and industrial sectors -Proven ability to lead all aspects of the project cycle—from briefing to substantial performance
