Tasks

-Develop your skills through continuous learning and Sulzer Learning Pathways -Leading troubleshooting and diagnostic investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions -Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design engineers, OEMs, supply chain, and operations to deliver seamless project execution -Driving continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime -Overseeing disassembly, inspection and reassembly activities, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, tolerances and standards -Setting technical specifications for the overhaul, inspection, and repair of aero-derivative gas turbines

What You Bring

-Experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions -Strong technical expertise in gas turbines and rotating equipment, with practical experience of MRO environments -The ability to interpret data from sensors and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve faults -Proven track record in repair schemes, diagnostics, and troubleshooting -Knowledge of RB211 and/or Avon products (desirable but not essential) -A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and attention to detail -A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred)
