TPI Account Executive

Overview

Support TPIs, manage relationships, ensure service delivery and aid account growth.

Tasks

-Support the Account Management function in regards tracking outstanding actions until completion. -Support the Account Management function in relation to the submission of any new business tenders. -Ensure key communications are cascaded and understood both internally and externally. -Escalate any internal performance issues to the Key Account Director / Manager for resolution if required. -Participate in meetings as and when required with customers and internal stakeholders. -Support the Account Management function in relation to customer communication internally and externally. -Support the Account Management function in relation to the mobilisation of any new contracts won. -Provide updated reporting as and when required on customer performance to the Key Account Director / Manager. -Document all interactions on internal and external meetings and ensure all minutes/actions are cascaded.
