-Drive growth and profitability across the practice. -Direct high-visibility projects, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful environmental outcomes. -Lead and grow Apex’s regional environmental consulting practice, with a focus on site characterization, investigation, and remediation of upland and waterfront sites. -Collaborate and communicate effectively on key technical concepts to regulators, stakeholders, and teaming partners. -Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor to both long-term partners and new business opportunities.

What You Bring

-Proven success in business development, client engagement, and managing complex environmental programs. -Strong communication skills — both technical and strategic — with a proven ability to connect with regulators, stakeholders, and clients. -15–20+ years of environmental consulting experience with progressive responsibility and leadership. -Deep experience with site characterization, investigation, remediation, and regulatory strategy. -Professional registration as a PE or PG in Washington State.
