Description

• Produce Exceptional Designs - Deliver fully coordinated, accurate plumbing designs on time, with zero errors.
• Exceed Budget Expectations - Meet or outperform the engineering budgets set for each project.
• Service - Scheduled preventive maintenance ensuring tenant comfort and 24/7 emergency response.
• Communicate Effectively - Maintain proactive, clear, and concise written and verbal communication to ensure alignment across teams.
• Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring.
• New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices.
• Special Projects - Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings to create new efficiencies.

Requirements

• Continuously learning and expanding your expertise in plumbing design and engineering best practices.
• Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Highly accountable and detail-oriented.
• Proven experience designing, calculating, selecting equipment, and laying out plumbing systems.
• Dependable in tracking project deliverables, thoroughly checking work, finishing assignments, and meeting deadlines.
