The Role

Overview

Part-time admin support for health & safety team, handling docs, data entry, audits.

Tasks

-Provide full range of administrative support to the HSEA Team when required -Manage and distribute HSEA documents as directed by the senior management of the HSEA team when required -To update TMW management system as required in a prompt manner, including revision control review once approved documentation has been issued -Promote McLaren values and maintain company brand and procedures in line with the management system and brand guidelines -Provide full range of administrative support to the Team -To provide cover for administrative team as required -Comply with all relevant company HSEA policies and procedures where appropriate -Ensure electronic HSEA filing system/portal is maintained and updated, as required -Audit reminders to be sent to sites a month prior to audit -Preparation/compilation of reports as required -Support projects with archiving process (Iron Mountain) -Lead Accreditation submissions, PQQ’s and audits – collating information and chasing relevant people -Follow-up projects when needed for closed out HSEA audits/ information and filing -Update audit schedule regularly by collating information from the HSEA team -Exporting data from Health & Safety digital platform -Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and general filing duties (excel spreadsheets, word doc & PDFs)

What You Bring

-Stationary, PPE, Train ticket and Hotel booking/ordering – ordering/booking only after approval from Group HSEA Director -Effective communication of essential safety documents e.g. safety alerts (Mailchimp) when required

Benefits

Salary £35600 per annum – 3 days salary would be: £21360 3 days per week - Monday/Wednesday & Thursday
