Tasks

-Health and safety support as part of bids, including supporting writing bid documents -Supporting colleagues with health and safety expertise where required -Applying the principles of quality assurance and environmental management in compliance with the organisation's policies -Developing existing and new clients as part of our ‘win work’ strategy -Providing CDM and PD Advisory services to clients on a range of different sized projects

What You Bring

-A valid driving license is essential and a car -A member of APS, or working towards -A Technician / Graduate level member of IOSH or IIRSM equivalent with a desire to work towards Chartered Status -Demonstratable knowledge of safety in design -Ability to prepare / present emails and documents, demonstrating a good understanding of the written and spoken English language -Experience of delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services -Flexible to travel across AtkinsRéalis client locations -Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team -Possess a NEBOSH National / Construction Certificate -Experience and knowledge of applying the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and general Health and Safety legislation and guidance -Sound understanding of the main Microsoft Office packages -A relevant design or construction related qualification (preferred but not essential) -Competent report writing
