The Role
Overview
Lead cost management for infrastructure projects: estimates, budgets, procurement, client advice.

Tasks
You’ll deliver estimates, cost plans, procurement advice, and post-contract administration, working independently or leading a team depending on project size. This is a client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping to ensure successful project outcomes. -Prepare estimates, cost plans, reports, and valuations -Lead and mentor junior team members -Deliver cost management services across all project stages -Oversee project budgets, risks, and value management -Build strong client relationships and support business development -Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement processes

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills -Degree in construction, cost management, engineering, or similar (RICS accredited preferred) -Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a client-facing role -MRICS (or equivalent) qualification desirable -5+ years’ experience, ideally in the infrastructure sector -Strong technical knowledge of contracts (JCT, NEC) and cost management processes
