Tasks

-Assisting with billing, purchase orders, and mobilisation documentation -Supporting transport and fleet coordination, including lifting equipment and vehicle scheduling -Matching timesheets with tracker reports and flagging discrepancies -Keeping project files up to date with the latest releases -Processing contract documents with accuracy and speed -Jumping in to support ad hoc tasks across the contracts team -Handling customer queries and liaising with site teams -Booking accommodation and building a cost-saving database
