Tasks

-Provides strategic leadership and direction to logistics teams across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals. -Directs the design, implementation, and performance of the company’s distribution network, including warehousing and transportation strategies, to achieve service, cost, and inventory targets. -Ensure all sites adhere to standardized processes and controls for accuracy and accountability. -Establishes governance and oversight for physical inventory management and auditing practices. -Partners with operations, maintenance, finance, and project leadership to develop and refine logistics strategies, policies, and procedures that drive efficiency and scalability. -Oversee strategic inventory distribution across all sites to ensure optimal allocation, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in support of business demands. -Drives optimization of logistics performance metrics, balancing cost, service, and quality objectives while supporting broader business strategies.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated proficiency in logistics strategies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics. -Ability to coordinate tasks between departments and external vendors. -Ten years of supply chain, logistics, production planning, and demand/forecasting experience. -A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. -Proficiency in KPI, measurement, and continuous improvement practices. -At least five years of leadership experience.
