Tasks

-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project requirements. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during installation processes. -Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in HVAC installation. -Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to address questions or concerns related to installations. -Lead and oversee installation teams on-site, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to ensure quality and efficiency. -Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. -Install HVAC equipment, including but not limited to air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation components, and associated systems, following all relevant plans and manufacturer specifications. -Maintain organized and accurate records of installations, including completed work, equipment used, and any deviations from plans. -Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after installations. -Perform quality control checks throughout and after installation to ensure systems operate as intended.
