Tasks

-Scanning orders into drawings folder -Assist in streamlining office processes and improving overall efficiency. -This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, etc. -Provide support to management and staff on special projects or cross-functional tasks. -Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence. -Maintain accurate records and documentation for office and departmental activities. -Sending small quotes to local customers -Assists with answering calls from customers -Gatekeeping the Customer Service email portal -Ending work orders for production -Entering samples -Serve as a backup for various administrative and office roles, ensuring continuity of operations. -Uploading new configured parts into database

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software. -Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support multiple teams. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Prior administrative or office support experience preferred. -Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts. -Regular and predictable attendance, safe performance of tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job. -Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills. -Must pass criminal background check. -Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. -Ability to work full-time, and according to Branch Office needs, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM.

Benefits

-Total compensation pay range: $21-$22/hr. depending on experience -Quarterly safety bonus opportunities -Quarterly Incentive Compensation Bonus Plan based on company performance
