This is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting time, shaping innovative catering solutions that improve patient and customer experiences while driving growth in a key sector. -Manage the end-to-end sales process and convert new business -Lead, develop and inspire subject matter experts and support teams in the sales process -Support delivery of sales targets with a focus on Healthcare catering -Contribute to the development and execution of our sales strategy -Ensure best use of ISS commercial tools and processes -Identify and deliver strategic sales initiatives, supporting customer engagement -Drive patient and retail catering sales in healthcare settings -Define key markets, geographies, and target clients to drive growth

What You Bring

West Midlands / North West | 40 hours per week | Permanent -Proven success converting business solution bids into wins -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively -Excellent track record in new business development and client relationships -Comprehensive understanding or pricing and commercial models -Demonstrable experience of working as a Business Development Manager within Healthcare – with experience of Patient or Retail Catering preferred -Experience driving growth and profitability within the service industry -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
