Tasks

-Clean the rooms, common areas of the building, office, corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, pool and spa areas, gym and the grounds on a daily basis. -Follow all company safety and security procedures -Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift -Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition -Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner -Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards -Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers -Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements -Maintain proper restroom sanitation -Operate vacuum cleaner -Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses -Spot clean carpets, rugs and upholstery -Ensure confidentiality and security of resident rooms -Make up beds and change linens as required -Sort, fold and put away clean laundry -Dust and polish furniture and fittings -Wipe down glass surfaces -Observe and report damage of resident property -Empty and clean trash containers -Set up for events and meetings -Sort, wash, load and unload laundry -Tidy up rooms -Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies -Clean metal fixtures and fittings -Wash windows as scheduled -Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment -High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. -Knowledge of laundry equipment and their proper use as well as ironing and pressing. -Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods -Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials -Ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs) -Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend -Iron and press clothing and linen
