✔ Event hosting and celebration planning in bespoke settings -Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and detailed reporting aligned with the company’s strategic goals. -Facilitate vendor development by evaluating, onboarding, and nurturing strong relationships with external partners to enhance project execution. -Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes, ensuring that all contracts are meticulously drafted, reviewed, and managed to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. -Conduct comprehensive rate analyses and take charge of negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions. -Lead project management initiatives to guarantee timely project delivery within specified scope and budgetary constraints.

The successful candidate will have a profound understanding of contract management, project oversight, and vendor relationship development. -Have you previously worked on any Villa/Luxury Real Estate Projects? -Demonstrated expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices. -Notice Period Required to Join: -Experience: 10+ years -Can you join within 2-3 weeks? -Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies. -Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil). -Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -Willingness to travel as necessary based on project requirements.
