Tasks

-Conduct compelling and effective virtual and in-person hiring evaluations for new TI FE’s using the SCORE program -Conduct safety walkouts and jobsite visits as needed -Leverage internal recruiting process including new campaigns, pipeline building, and re-engagement efforts to prioritize current and former TI FE’s with known track records for safety and skill -Conduct thorough and compliant interviews and follow all interview protocol -Ensure only qualified and safety-minded FE’s are being selected and dispatched -Maintain high standards for obtaining necessary jobsite information -Maintain accurate employee records regarding safety and safety training
