Overview
Operate ovens, pumps, and filtration equipment to dry transformer parts and treat oil.

Tasks
-Operates ovens for drying transformer active parts, vacuum pumps for oil filling, and filtration equipment for oil treatment, while monitoring each process -Performs periodic inspections and maintenance checks on equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards and conducting quality checks throughout the process -Planning and reviewing the tasks to be carried out according to pre-established production plan and manufacturing standards. -Responsible to fulfill and/or to support to fulfill all protocols, policies, guidelines, and competences coming from all current system [EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.]. -Training and mentoring of new hires into department. -Supports the development and upkeep of technical instructions and maintains process documentation for drying and oil treatment procedures

What You Bring
-Must be willing to relocate temporarily to Mexico, Brazil or Germany for on-the-job training for a period of 3 months based on the proficiency in the area of training. Appropriate relocation support and compensation will be provided. -Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. -Must also be able to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions in English. -Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -At least 1 years of experience handling and operating pumps, filters, large industrial ovens (transformer drying ovens) -Applicant must be able to obtain Keys certification test on reading and writing and Blueprint reading test offered by local community colleges -High school degree or equivalent with relevant technical training/experience.
